In addition to giving you the freedom to do your own thing in your own time in your own way, they all have one other important benefit in common – because they can be booked in advance of your holiday, they can bring the real peace of mind that comes from having complex travel arrangements taken care of the minute you put the phone down.
And if you have trouble getting around then they can offer some very real and tangible benefits, from not having to even think about luggage at airports to being able to see a city’s sights at your own pace, rather than having to rush around after a tour group.
